This is to confirm that Yogapedia India is a brand/venture currently owned and operated by Nikita Enterprises.

 

Yogapedia India is developing an online platform focused on yoga teacher discovery, professional teacher profiles, learner-teacher connections, and booking of yoga-related services.

 

At present, Yogapedia India is not incorporated as a separate legal entity. Accordingly, the business operations and payment processing relating to Yogapedia India are currently undertaken through Nikita Enterprises.

 

Yogapedia India is currently operated as a brand/venture of Nikita Enterprises and does not presently have a separate legal identity, bank account, or independent payment account.

 

The Yogapedia India website, domain, digital assets, social media presence, platform development and related business activities are being developed and operated as part of this venture under Nikita Enterprises.

 

Nikita Enterprises intends to establish Yogapedia India as a separate legal entity once the venture reaches the appropriate stage of business traction and scale. At that time, the relevant business, banking, payment and compliance arrangements will be transitioned to the new entity in accordance with applicable requirements.

 

This declaration is issued to clarify the current legal and operational relationship between Nikita Enterprises and Yogapedia India.
