I am Jitendra Kulshrestha founder and chief Yoga Trainer of Radhe Holistic Yoga with experience of more than 14years. My journey had taken me through you traditional yoga schools, 500hrs US Yoga Alliance from Yoga With Srinatha Mysore, Government Institute Bhopal and Chandra Mohan Maharaj Sidhh Sai Gupha Agra altogether shaping a Holistic approach that truly transforms lives.I can teach beginners level to advanced ones. I expertise in therapeutic, breathwork, aesthetic, power, meditative, restorative, pelvic floor, fat loss yoga.
