Pallavi Dodia is a master yoga teacher and specialist physiotherapist whose work bridges the ancient wisdom of Yoga with modern therapeutic science. With over a decade of international experience in health, wellness, and yoga education, she embodies the art of conscious movement and holistic living.
Rooted in her Indian heritage and trained under authentic Gurus in Kerala and Rishikesh (the birthplace of Yoga) Pallavi’s teachings flow from the deep traditions of Vedanta and the Himalayan Yogic lineage. Her credentials include 800 hours of advanced Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh and 200 hours of Hatha Yoga from the School of Santhi, Kerala.
Pallavi weaves Yogic tradition, Vedantic philosophy, and embodied awareness into a holistic experience, where breath, movement, and consciousness merge as one continuum of being.
As a physiotherapist, massage therapist, and aquatic therapist, Pallavi integrates the science of anatomy with the spiritual depth of yoga. Her multidimensional approach unites Hatha, Kriya, Meditation, Pranayama, Mindfulness, and Yogic Philosophy, guiding students through an experiential journey that nourishes body, mind, and spirit.
She has led transformative wellness programs and retreats worldwide and teaches regularly at international yoga festivals such as the World Yoga Festival, Buddhafield Festival and Sattva Yoga Camp in the UK.
